I am a Ph.D. student in the department of Geography at the University of Cincinnati. My advisor is Dr. Michael Widener. I currently serve as a graduate research assistant. I received a masters degree from Florida State University in geography, Dr. Mark Horner was my advisor. At FSU, I also received two bachelors degrees in geography and economics with minors in urban planning and political science.

My research interests are generally in transportation and cities. Most of my research to date has dealt with accessibility and urban structure (the locations of workplaces and residences). I am interested in investigating who is served (and how) by different transportation options and quantifying suburban sprawl.
